STOP VIOLENCE Against Women and Children in Papua New Guinea

In Papua New Guinea, women are raped, killed and maimed on a shocking scale.

The brutality is severe, often involving bush knives, axes, burning and even biting.

Appallingly, two out of three women have been beaten by their husbands and often, when mothers are assaulted, their children are too.

Margaret's husband used to pick her baby up and use him as a weapon to hit her. He would try to punch her in the face when she was breastfeeding.

All she wants is to live quietly with her baby and not have him injured by his father.

Women like Margaret are standing up against violence and you can stand beside them!

Act now to stop violence against women and children in Papua New Guinea!

Your voice will give them the support and the courage they need to continue their fight for change.
