Fraudulent Co. Cramming unathorized charges on phone bills
Enhanced Services Billing Inc. Has billed me for unathorized charges on my phone bill for 2 months. They have billed me for privacy plus voice mail as a 15.40 monthly fee. I never heard of ESBI or such a voice mail program, when I fisrt got my bill, AT&T did waive the charges on both of the bills I recieved. But this scam keeps happening, and I wanted to warn people about it. Also I want help in trying to get AT&T to stop letting ENhanced Services Billing Inc from being able to add the unauthorized charges. I looked in my search engine and ESBI is a fraudulant scam. This has happened to alot of people.
We need to stop having ENhanced Services Billing Inc from putting more unathorized charges on peoples phone bills., and to put the fraudulent ESBI out of business! Also it would be nice if AT&T was more informed about ESBI, so they could stop the aunathorized charges from being published on the phone bills being scammed by this Enhanced Services Billing Inc in the first place.
