Harsher Penalties and Fines For Animal Abusers

To Investigate all forms of Animal Abuses and Animal Abusers at a moments notice without all the usual tardiness and lack of committment that is characteristic of all government departments.To create better co-ordination between yourselves and all the local municipalities. Not only in the State of Selangor Darul Ehsan but throughout West and East Malaysia.To better educate the public on all issues concerning owning and looking after their companions. To provide report numbers after each and every report is made by the public and to improve your image as a professional, committed and caring department without further delay.
We the undersigned implore your Department to get out of the dark ages and move into the 21st century!To be foward thinking and innovative. To better train your staff so that they all will be better equipped to face the current and future challenges in a country where more and more animal owners are becoming more abusive towards their pets. To impose heavier fines for lesser crimes. And tougher court sentences for those who have abused their animal causing them to become deformed,scared and in alot of cases, dying from their injuries.We the undersigned demand you make amends to your current policies involving the maintainance by owners which includes medical treatment, vaccinations and training. Make it mandatory that no one can own an animal until the owners themselves have gone through a rigorous and thorough profiling.ie: The state and condition of the area or place where they intend to keep their pets; The basic knowledge of general maintainance of their pets; To take an examination pertaining to the fundementals of dog care; To understand the current laws in the country concerning owning a pet; To make sure that cleanliness and hygene is their upmost priority when keeping/owning a pet and to understand that they will not be allowed to own any animal until all of the above has been met satisfactorily and with the full consent of the Jabatan Haiwan Malaysia directorate and its' afilliates.All reports of servere mistreatment, abuse and killing of any animal shall be hanceforth treated as a felony and chargeable in court resulting in jail sentences like the common crimminal.
