Help Us Build Incredible Tomorrows for St. Louis Youth

Every child deserves a safe place to grow, be seen, and believe in a limitless tomorrow. For nearly 100 years, Gene Slay's Girls & Boys Clubs of St. Louis (GSGBC) has been that safe haven for kids in some of our city's most underserved neighborhoods.

In the Southeast Quadrant of St. Louis—covering Dutchtown, Marine Villa, Gravois Park, Mt. Pleasant, and Bevo—many children face challenges no child should bear: poverty, violence, overburdened schools, and a lack of basic resources. But inside the Club, they find hope, safety, and people who believe in them.

At GSGBC, kids ages 6 to 16 are:

  • Learning to read with daily tutoring
  • Exploring creativity through music, art, and sports
  • Receiving over 51,000 healthy meals each year
  • Building confidence and character with caring mentors

We are not just an afterschool program—we are a lifeline. Founded in 1929 as the first Boys Club in Missouri, we've continued to evolve to meet the needs of our community, welcoming girls in 2013 and expanding access to high-quality, life-changing programs.

We're not asking for a handout—we're asking for a hand in. A hand in creating a safer, stronger St. Louis. Your support can change a child's life today—and shape the future of our city for generations.
