We Demand the Truth about Carlo's Death - We Demand the Truth about Genoa

Carlo Guiliano was assassinated by Italian police in Genoa Italy, 2001. We damand those who are brought to justice. As the G8 gather again in Evian, France on June 1, 2003: WE DEMAND THE TRUTH ABOUT CARLO'S MURDER - WE DEMAND THE TRUTH ABOUT GENOA.
Shot in the face at point-blank range from the back of a police Land Rover, and then driven over twice, Carlo Guiliano was murdered during the demonstrations at the G8 summit in Genoa, Italy in 2001.
After almost two years of investigations into the killing of Carlo the tribunal and the family lawyers offered contradictory evidence. The enquiry has been closed with no charges against the two carabinieri involved.
We are strongly convinced that, during those July days in Genova, democracy disappeared and citizens’ rights were disregarded. We are supported in our beliefs by the judgment of Amnesty International, the European Parliament and other international-organizations.
