Let us stop the nonconsensual testing and misuse of Psychotronic, Microwave, Laser and other forms of Electromagnetic Directed Energy Weaponry in Hong Kong.
Believe it or not, electronic harrassment really exists around us. Don't think you are lucky if you never suffer from it,many persons being under the torture of such Electromagnetic Weapons.
