"No individual gave more to the Raton High School Football program or to the athletic department! I worked with Bear and for Bear for over 20 years. Great administrator, great coach, great boss"! 

40 years of his life was dedicated to the Raton School System. He was and still is surrogate father to thousands of men and women.
