Amendments To Child Support Laws

We Need To Make Amendments To The Current Child Support Laws. We Must Be Able To Enforce Payment Of The Court Ordered Child Support. Non Payment Of Child Support Needs To Become A Federal Offense. Let Us Make The Parents Pay For The Children They Chose To Bare, And Please, Help Us To Make The Child Support Laws Fair!
Please join me, in making this petition, for an Amendment, to go to Congress, for Federal Changes, in Current Child Support Laws.
There are tens of thousands, of parents, like myself, who are owed monies, they are unable to collect. The deadbeat parents, are hiding their monies and assets in their spouses names, to avoid paying their child support, this must change.
The law needs to specifically, address and enforce these issues, for Child Support Orders.
For instance, if a parent owes current or back support, then hides the ownership of their business, monies, and all assets, in their spouse's, or anyone else's name, this information needs to be obtainable by the courts, to enforce the child support order. There needs to be serious consequences, for those who choose, to hide this valuable information, from the courts.
Employers must be held accountable, those who choose to look the other way, change the name of their company, to hide the fact that they are employing these persons, the business owners need to be, at the very least, heavily fined, or unable to remain in business, for disregarding the child support order.
We need amendments, to the child support laws, that make it impossible, for any person, to ever become a deadbeat parent!
There are tens of thousands, of children, who are on some form of public assistance, because of a deadbeat parent. There are many more, who also suffer, because of a deadbeat parent, yet, they don't qualify, for any assistance, for one reason or another.
There is no reason why a parent should be excused from paying child support, unless, they are truly disabled, unable to provide an income, because of their disability. If they receive a disability income, they should pay child support.
These laws must be changed and enforced. Please, join in the effort to make these changes, that will benefit everyone. We must all realize, these deadbeat parents have to be dealt with harshly, as they have snubbed their noses to the current laws, while their own children suffer. This issue effects every single tax payer, because if these children are taken care of, by your State's Public Assistance Program, then ultimately, you, the tax payer, are the one paying for these children to survive, this is not, and should not, be your responsibility, it should be the responsibility of the parents!
Right now, Child Support is handled through each individual state, it is clearly, not working. Non payment of Child Support needs to be a Federal Offense, then hopefully, it will be taken more seriously, by the deadbeats, their spouses, employers, and anyone else, who chooses, to help them hide, from their obligation, of supporting their child or children.
Let us make the parents pay for the children they chose to bare, and please, help us to make the child support laws fair!
