Make it LEGAL to break a car window if a dog or any animal is in danger due to heat, or cold, in Indiana!

Indiana is NOT a state that allows you to break a car window if a dog is dying of a heat stroke, or burning up inside a hot locked car! That is total crap to me! There are only about 12 states that allow this sadly! It is NOT fair too the animals suffering! PLEASE sign this! It may not do much but it's worth a shot!
