An Ordinance For Pinellas County Prohibiting the Trapping or Killing of Peacocks

    It shall be unlawful for any person to molest or injure the nest, eggs or young of any peacock within Pinellas County.

    Protect peacocks from inhumane and indiscriminate trapping and or killing. Methods commonly employed to trap or kill peacocks have the potential to injure federally protected species, children and pets.
