Stop killing of stray dogs in Mumbai,India

I have known my stray dogs for 3 years,they do not have rabies,a vet vaccinates all of them,they have cuased no injuries to the public and they are as loving as a house pet,but the BMC wants to kill all of them,becuase of a complaint received that they bark at night,but still,there is no need to kill them,they can be adopted!
