Your signing will send a message to the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs who approved the addendum , Southern Ute Tribe counsel and enrolled Southern Ute Tribe members to eliminate the birth date census enrollment requirement in the Southern Ute Tribe Constitution which currently discriminates against numerous Southern Ute's who meet the blood quantum requirement by denying them census enrollment in their Southern Ute Tribe because of their birth date.
