I have had guardian ship of my grandson for approximately 16 years. I have been trying to get my grand daughter out of the system who is with strangers when I can provide a loving and stable home. CPS have been coming up with every excuse they can come up with for me not to get guardianship from my 17 year old grandson living in the basement which is untrue after visiting my home one time, I moved and I don't have a basement, asking for my bankruptcy statement from years ago, complaining about I ask for help for a shut off notice and I live on a fixed income my age and my youngest child who was almost grown at the time getting in trouble and I refuse to go to counseling to play with paper dolls and I tell a person what I think and I stutter( speech problem) I have a problem I feel it's a very dislike they have towards me because I refuse to let them walk over me and tell them I don't care if they like me I am doing this for my grand child and for any other people who have ever had an injustice with the system by them telling people to sign over their rights to their children in order to keep another child that is in the system
