The family and friends of Mr. Daniel Bermudez, the father of Christopher Ray Bermudez, age 9 and Daniel Ray Bermudez, age 11 would like to contest Judge Landos order to suspend Mr. Bermudez visitation rights for 90 days to see his children due to the fact he was unable to be released from work for that specific day. Mr. Bermudez has complied with all the courts orders and deserves the right to visit with his children every two weeks. He is an excellent father and has been providing for them since they where born. We are all witnesses and willing to contest on his behalf.
The children love their father and only get to enjoy life as children should know it while spending time with him. Family dinners, parks, bike riding, movies, shopping, traveling, etc...are just some of the activities they enjoy with their father.
We the undersigned are here to request you allow Mr. Daniel and his children to see have visitation rights on the weekends during this spring onf 2008. It is unnecesary for these children, their father and all the family and friends that enjoy spending time with them to miss out on loss time which could never be regained.
In life, time is preciouse and loss time is lost forever. Mr. Bermudez has complied with the courts orders and will continue to do so in order to see his kids. He could not get out of work for
ONE court hearing and we feel it is not fair to punish everyone for this reason.
There are many activities the children enjoy with Mr. Bermudez freinds and family during this spring time such as family bikerides on the beach, birthdays, a planned trip to disney for easter, a family trip to the sequarium and weekend festivals happening all through Miami, FL. You are ultimatley punishing the children from enjoying many wonderful activioties during these years of their lives. Mr. bermudez is an excellent father who has also been a victim to infidelity leading to divorce and a nervouse breakdown leading to a change in career.
Please Judge Lando, consider our request and allow us to be a part of these childrens lives along with Mr. Bermudezas, we all love them very much and understand the challenges they have encountered since the divorce for the last three years and it is unecessary to continue to punish them for mistakes out of their control.
