National Adult Dental or Cross State Medicaid Access

Consider an adult on Medicaid who worked their whole lives to build this nation but was disabled through an accident only a few years before Social Security was completed so they couldn't not get Medicare but had to go on Medicaid. 

Then imagine that person being at high risk for heart attack or stroke due to three other health complications.  Then that same person have a FRONT TOOTH break off in their mouth and not having access to get any dental care at all. 

Imagine it happening to you or your child?  The little boy in the picture died in 2007 for lack of a dentist or dental insurance.  He only needed an $80.00 extraction.  That is exactly what is happening to many others in several states.  I applaud states like Illinois, Arkansas and Florida as well as all the dentists who understand the urgent need for dental provision to the poor. 

Imagine sending dentists and doctors to third world countries like Haiti and Africa so that they can do as God commands in Psalms 41:1-3

" Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. (KJV)
         The Lord protects them
      and keeps them alive.
   He gives them prosperity in the land
      and rescues them from their enemies.
  The Lord nurses them when they are sick
      and restores them to health."

but when those same doctors and dentists have to return to thier own country (the U.S.A the worlds Richest Nation on the planet) where their own neighbors have no way to get dental care? 

Knowing that the inflammation and infection from the broken tooth will cause more health complications there needs to be help for that person.  Now that our country is in health reform Please consider making dental provision available for every American Person. 

How can other 3rd world countries provide for their people better than the U.S.A.?  We can and should be a world leader to all of the other kings of the earth so that we, being good stewards over the people and the land that God has endowed us with can and will take care of those who need help not only in third world countries but now let charity begin at home. 

It would be easy to make Medicaid cross state lines so that one could travel hundreds of miles and try to find shelter to get their teeth fixed.  But there is a better solution!  Allow Adult Medicaid Dental Coverage in every state in the Union!  God Bless America and God Bless You!
