It's appalling, disturbing and evil that these children are abused in this way. It concerns me that those who claim to serve Jesus are operating in a way that serves evil. It is totally contradictory to the teachings and actions of Jesus. Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, serving as overseers—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not greedy for money, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock... (1 Pet 5:2-3) and All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble." (1 Pet 5:5) I'm concerned that many of these so-called church leaders are under deception and evil is having it's day, while children - human beings - are abused because of a fear of spirits and a poor understanding and knowledge of Jesus Christ (2 Pet 1:8).

I am a daughter of a Pentecostal priest, now in my fiftys, I too, as a child, went through beatings and chanting, not for witch craft but to drive deamons out of me. Yet my suffering was nothing compared to what these children have been through. The gospel of Jesus Christ is one of love and of total respect for the individual. Jesus Christ spoke about those that harmed little children and that it would be better for the abusers to have a millstone bound around their neck and that they be cast into the sea. That was how strongly He felt about those that abused children. So be warned again. I urge all people the world over to turn from your misguided interpretations, repent and seek counsel and wisdom from the one true God. I am a christian who watched this story last night on SBS here in Australia. I was glued to the TV and felt the need to pray for these kids this morning. I believe witchcraft is not of God and I also believe we do not need to fear them just pray and love them. How could parents abandon their children in this way. That is sinful.........
