Ban Horse Tripping in Nevada SB 364

Horse tripping is an event where a horse is released; the participant ropes the horse's front legs, and brings it to the ground. Horse tripping often causes the horse to break its legs or neck, and could potentially lead to death. State Senator Allison Copening  sponsored a bill this session to outlaw horse tripping in Nevada, but SB 364 died in committee last month  and she's is trying to put the horse tripping ban into other legislation still alive in the state legislature to make sure the tripping doesn't continue. Please help Senator Allison Copening get this bill passed SB # 364
