Change the law of Rape in canada

In Canada the law of rape clearly states if you say NO , its rape, but it doesn't seem to be the case. If you even submit out of FEAR , it is NO LONGER considered rape, and all these girls/boys who are stuck being raped and being left with " Doesn't matter what kind of submission it is , you weren't raped"

I propose that the law should be changed that even if you say no and are left with no other option than to submit , it is STILL considered rape, too many rape victims are stuck in horrible situations and cannot get any help for it , NOT TO MENTION , the people who do this crime, are left to walk and roam free getting through the system with out any repercussions . So . Please sign and help us , and the men, women, boys , and girls, who are stuck being in this horrible situation . Its time for a change Canada , and re-writing the laws is going to help start this change.
