VIOLATION OF RESIDENTS RIGHTS

Our issue as the residents/ homeowners of Dawn City is the Service Provider which was elected and hired approximately by 36% of the community. Our biggest problem is the fact that although we did not elect nor hire this Service Provider, we are forced to comply with rules and regulations which we never agreed to.

In addition to that, we are being violated and bullied by this Service Provider. This bullyism includes being forced to fetch our visitors from the gate which in most cases is unsafe because at times it's at night. And also there's times where we are at work and unable to fetch people from the gate and they end up going back because they are told to due to our unavailability.

What the Service Provider is failing to understand is that when we bought our houses, it did not include a gated area and security therefore we cannot be forced to be part of something we never binded ourselves in to.
