Jennings Place was built10 years ago every year the rent goes up about 40 dollars, but nothing ever gets done on the property. Manager shows no concerns for requests for repairs she just sits in office with lights out and door closed with sign stating meeting in progress the office mailbox is always full so we unable to leave a message. Maintenace sometimes is sitting at computer where our resident's information is stored. Problems with Maintenance: Birds in the vents, Carpets in common arears have only been cleaned once since in the 10 r carpets is filthy. Repairs are not addressed example: lights in common areas missing bulbs. . Ice makers on second floor and in the community room kitchen inoperable for months, wherever things break they don't get fixed. Microwave on second floor was remove by maintenance (wasn't broken) said he was going to replace it. No notice left when maintenance has been in your apartment. No community activates for residents thought it was suppose to be. Many individual apartment complaints from residents not addressed her.
