It was also alleged that Cassidy, (My Daughter) came from my room with her shirt on inside out. And that I answered the door for this same accuser in my shorts. Well, I DID NOT MOLEST MY DAUGHTER. Why would somebody be that stupid to sexually assault their daughter with somebody who reports to DHHS. And wouldnt my daughter of made some kind of noise. As for my pants being undone, I think my belt wasnt fastened. As for my daughter coming out with her shirt inside out. She is always dressing herself and doesnt have it quite right yet. I feel my daughters discomfort comes from the fact that she is nearly 4 years old and still isnt potty trained, thus she is susceptible to either a yeast infection or a urinary tract infection. I can tell you this, I havent seen my children for 4 days and I am dying inside, my heart has been ripped out. Whats worse is that my wife actually believes I could be capable of this monstrous act. I want these people to pay for their arbitrary removal of my children from my life and there erroneous persecution of a heart-broken and loving father. Please help me |

You see for thirty yrs. I have made mt living as a montessori pre-school teacher, recently, the school I worked for sold asnd the new owner had to re-run a criminal background check on all employees and my name came back, on the CPS abuser list. I was told there would be an investigation. I gave the CPS rep a copy of the letter from the D.A. stating that the charges againest me were dropped. It has been a week and the CPS rep is not returning my calls or my employers e-mails or caklls, I cannot return to work until my employer gets the O.k. from the CPS rep. Meanwhil. I not being paid and I am the sole support of my family. This agency sould be shut down and re-structured. There is not enough space to list all the reasons why, but some of thease stories should give you a good idea. This agency is NOT "for the children". |

Parents are the only ones that know what is best for their children. Some kids are put in harms way. Numbers only have increased since we formed an agency. Educations of four to six years do not create a human being that can be held accountable. It is just a book and a test. No one should be able to create a disaster in anyones family only to never release their grip again. Lies are justified by multiple workers and in most cases there is no way the families can escape. These agencies need to be totally eradicated. If there is a severe intent to commit a crime, then it needs to go through the court system Not every incident of a bruise or a parent hollering at their child should be possible reason to pull children. Also, a parent that accuses the other of sexual abuse only to have the child removed from both parents. The agency has gone over board. Most of us do not want to live in this type of environment or we would move to another country. Also, all workers need to have the same scrutiny as the foster families if they are dealing with children. ALL should be popped in on at their homes the same as foster families have to live with. They should have FBI clearances as well as make sure their own children can be communicated with to find out what type of person they are. If we are going to go overboard for some we need to do it for all. Some foster families have more education than the workers, only to be treated as a second class citizen. If it isn't acceptable to the workers then they shouldn't remain in employment with children in this type of field. I would love to visit a few social workers families on a pop in visit and make it public what kind of horrible things are going on not on the abuse side, but on the social work side. |

Each day, our children and families are put through hell by these agencies. They have a good idea, but they need an overhaul in their methods and means of action. |

This was based on a comment that her daughter made to a substitute teacher at her day care. We were thrown into "CPS He!!" as you are guilty before proven innocent. They take away all of your rights. They coherce children to say things the way the want to hear them. They have their own child physcologist evaluate the child and you are not allowed to get a '2nd opinion' from a NON-CPS paid phsycologist. I have the CPS manual and they have violated their own policies and procedures since day one. I have read over and over the horror stories about CPS, they are OUT OF CONTROL. Most private companies and government agencies have to go through periodic audits. I do not understand why a 3rd party firm is not brought in to audit CPS investigations and make sure they are following the correct procedures instead of doing things the way they want to and playing God and destroying families. Until this nightmare, I thought CPS was the agency that protected children. Now, my opinion has totally changed. They do more harm than good. There are some cases where abuse is happening and needs CPS involved. But they seem to pick and choose what cases they want to pursue. |

Children's Protective Services - Abuse of Power -
It is time to expose the government agencies that are destroing families for what they are. How many more families have to be destroied before action is taken. How many more children have to die in government so called care?
"Government has created a social welfare industry that it cannot control, a monster that will swallow up the government that created it. The "best interests of children and families" are irrelevant to it. It is about jobs, careers and money, but most of all money.Child Welfare Program is a conspiracy at the highest level of government. It is a conspiracy that takes direct aim at the poor, single, uneducated parent, the vulnerable. It targets the immigrants, the minorities and the disabled. It has nothing to do with the "best interests of the child." It is a policy that leaves children in drug houses and violent/dangerous situations because the "workers" are too afraid to enter them."
