Join our petition against this fraudulent entity that says it can help people with bad credit get a computer, take thier money and then never deliver or refund thier money. They prey on the poor and take advantage of people with bad credit. They don't tell you that once you sign up you cannot get a refund. After you cancel, they continuously debit your account until you close it. When you call them for a refund they say, "give us a little time". They take your money instantly, but never refund? Even if you follow thier own rules? This company needs to be shut down, Just google blue hippo and see how many complaints they have.
Do the right thing and refund customers money as you promise. Stop advertising about laying away a computer only to never deliver the merchandise as promised. Stop debiting peoples accounts even after they cancel. State In bold Lettering on your website and advertisements that people cannot get a refund once they commit. Your company must stop commiting mail order/wire fraud. You must close your doors and settle with all you have cheated out of thier hard earned cash.
