No one is immune. Not even "god" - AKA Morgan Freeman. He has been
accused by eight women of sexual harassment. Another eight people report they witnessed this inappropriate behavior. And yet, he is expected to be in an upcoming Disney movie called "
The Nutcracker and The Four Realms."
Disney should not support serial sexual harrassers. Sign the petition to demand Disney cuts him out of the movie completely.The stories of Morgan's harassment are horrible. One woman says he tried to lift up her skirt and asked her if she was wearing underwear. He apparently wouldn't give up either, even after being verbally rebuked. In another instance, he eyed a six-month pregnant woman up and down and then told her he wished he were there because she looks ripe. Gross.
This is exactly the kind of thing that powerful, successful men think they can get away with.
They see women as objects for their enjoyment and not as people. Women all around him report altering their behavior and dress to try and avoid the unwanted advances and comments of Freeman.
It's time he is held accountable. Sign on to ask Disney to cut him out of the new Nutcracker movie.
