Keep professionals licensed in the care of clients hair, skin and nails

  • recipient: Michelle Ugenti-Rita, Arizona State Representative
Hb2011 is being presented to the Arizona house of legislature in the 2018 session by Michelle Ugenti-Rita and would allow non licensed , untrained persons to provide hair services namely blow dry styles , thermal styles to the public.

The state board of cosmetology will not be inspecting or regulating the safety of the public in these "blow dry bars."

Sign to keep these serivces limited to licensed professionals to protect customer safety and heath.
