Naperville IL: Cease and Desist Smart Meter Installation in Naperville.

We, the undersigned, qualified voters in the City of Naperville in the Counties of DuPage and Will and the State of Illinois, do hereby PETITION the City of Naperville, Illinois to cease and desist all work related to the installation of the City of Naperville smart meter deployment, effective immediately.  We also petition the city to remove any smart meters, gatekeepers, or tropos units that have been installed within the City of Naperville.

Dear Naperville Residents, Business Owners, School and Churches,
