Make Facebook listen and let me fix my mistake

My Facebook account was disabled after I made a page for my twitch streaming and set it to post when I went live. The problem I now realize was it was posting the same message everytime and looked like I was spamming. I contacted Facebook about it and wanted to apologize for the issue. Remove the page and re-enable my account, but Facebook won’t listen. I have so many friends I have made in there. Ones who helped me through so much with my medical issues and grown so close. I can’t find all of them and it’s very hard for me to think I may never hear from them again. Please sign this and tell Facebook to listen and let me fix my mistake and get my friends back. I’ve been struggling sleeping and been very emotional. As I can’t talk to my friends. My main source of social interaction with my medical issue. Nor can I log in to many of the sites I use to help me work towards living a somewhat normal life. Because I had added Facebook as a login to help with my short term memory problems and now the sites won’t let me sign in with my email. I don’t want any trouble. I just want to fix things and get my friends back. I miss them
