Don’t Let Dropbox Drop Your Rights!

Sign this Fair Arbitration Now (FAN) Petition Demanding that Dropbox Stop Forcing Its Customers to Surrender Their Constitutional Rights

Dropbox — a popular service for storing and sharing files online — is trying to eviscerate its customers’ rights.

Recently, Dropbox announced that it’s changing its terms of service by adding a forced arbitration clause, a ban on consumers joining together in class actions and other offensive provisions — effectively ensuring that Dropbox’s customers will never be able to hold it responsible for violating their rights.

Sign the petition to tell Dropbox nobody should have to sacrifice their rights in order to use online services.

We, the undersigned, call on Dropbox to remove from its terms of service the language that undermines our Constitutional rights to justice. Honor your customers’ rights!
