No Donate to Red Cross

It's been over a month and 300 million has been donated to help people who have been hit by Hurricane Harvey, Irma and Maria. Yet where is all this donating going to because it sure as hell isn't going to the Houstonians affected by this devastation. If red cross isn't going to help Corpus or Rockport they need to return the donations or start shelling them out. There's no reason thsey should be keeping any of that money for themselves. Sign this petition so I can take it to congress or whoever I need to to get this handled because this is ridiculous. We have nothing and they can't even help.
