Update the Utherverse Closet.

Since the demise of uvdeviant we will no longer be able to be as creative with our avatars.
We will no longer be able to swap our clothes/ make up/ jewellery/ hair etc to alternative/ unused layers.
Please sign this petition so we can show utherverse/red light center that we want them to install this already workable feature (as shown by uvdeviant) to the utherverse closet.
