Fox Hosts Know Climate Change Is Real, But They Keep Spreading Doubt and Disinformation Anyway.

Climate change is increasingly destroying our world. From terrifying wildfires and floods, to devastating heat waves that reached all-time highs this year, it's incredibly obvious that we need to address climate change - and fast. But, of course, Fox News and its hosts want to do the exact opposite.

Fox anchors, including Bret Baier, have spent countless hours pushing false narratives that dismiss climate change science and condemn green energy sources. But it turns out, this has all been two-faced manipulation and hypocrisy.

For example, just last year, Baier installed 86 solar panels at his Washington, D.C. mansion - all while still peddling this climate skepticism on his show, "Special Report." Media Matters, a nonprofit watchdog group, found that almost 88% of "Special Report's" segments on climate change pushed misinformation or outright lies about global warming.

This type of hypocrisy just shows Baier knows what he's pushing are lies. He is clearly pandering to his audience to get views. But now his deception is out in the open. He must immediately cease his climate denialism on Fox!

The juxtaposition between Baier's private choices and public duplicity showed up during a recent podcast episode with Baier and fossil fuel-loving lawmakers. In the episode, guests advocated for more dirty energy and tried to belittle green energy - including solar energy. The stark contrast between this and Baier's own use of solar panels is staggering.

It's not a surprise that an anchor on Fox would be caught up in yet another hypocrisy scandal. Following Dominion Voting Systems' lawsuit against Fox for its lies about the 2020 election, we learned that Fox hosts privately acknowledged to each other that Donald Trump had definitely lost the election. Yet on-air, they non-stop pushed the narrative that Trump had actually somehow won. Fox anchors also constantly railed against COVID-19 vaccines and vaccine mandates - yet they were all vaccinated, because Fox itself required them to be!

There is no way to excuse this kind of behavior, especially on a supposed "news" channel. It is damaging to our society and the future wellbeing of our planet - and just as bad, he obviously knows he's being deceitful. This is a grave betrayal of trust and epitomizes the moral bankruptcy of Fox News. Baier has a huge platform and therefore an equally huge responsibility to tell the truth.

We must hold media figures accountable. Demand Bret Baier immediately cease promoting skepticism about climate change! Sign the petition to demand truth and justice now!
