OCEAN HARBOR COMPLAINTS

There desperately needs to be a though investigation of OCEAN HARBOR CASUALTY INSURANCE business practices, both with their own clients and with 3rd party claimants along with our body shops involved in getting our vehicles fixed.
Ocean Harbor has a habit of not returning calls, sending papers to the wrong place, sending clients to the wrong address for a doctor's appointment, and just unnecessarily delaying repairing our vehicles often for no apparent reasons.
Ocean Harbor needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!
We are tired of Ocean Harbor acting like it is just a game to be played. Many attorneys won't even take a case against Ocean Harbor, especially for medical issues because they know that there will not be anything there to go after. SO HOW DO WE EVEN FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST OCEAN HARBOR THEN? Ocean Harbor has pretty much taken away our right to be put back to where we were before we were hit, both financially and medically.
On the Internet in any search engine available, just type in "Ocean Harbor Complaints", thus you will then see many complaints regarding Ocean harbor's tactics.
Many have gone or tried to file with the FL Dept. of Insurance Regulation or the FL Insurance Commissioner, but probably did not get past FL Dept. of Financial Services who do not investigate complaints. FL Dept. of Financial Services role is only as consumer advocates.
