Thousands of loyal customers of Goodlife SSM have been going to, working out at, and patronizing this gym. These loyal customers have all been locked into varying durations of contracts, with penalties for forfeiting said contract.
These contracts were entered into by the customer under the pretence that the gym is open and operated 24/7, 365 (holidays aside). In January of 2019, the hours of operation have been changed without consultation of the client. The people who keep the gym open. The consumer.
The new hours are such that the gym closes at 11pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends. The contracts have remained intact and unchanged. Penalties for breaching contracts are still in place, despite the changing of hours.
There has been no reduction in membership fee, despite the 30.95% reduction of service.
