Shorten Parking Meter Hours

Because if we can persuade the City of St. Louis Treasurer to shorten the parking meter enforcement time Downtown from 7pm to 4pm on weekdays, it would instantly create a bigger draw for customers and those seeking to park near bars, restaurants and other attractions in Downtown St. Louis. 
What the City Treasurer would lose in revenue would be more than compensated for in the increased sales taxes that would result. 
All residents, workers and businesses in Downtown St. Louis have long wanted this improvement. It has been shown to be very effective in many other Downtown areas all over the country, indeed the world. 
Only with our numbers will we be able to show that we have a weight of public opinion (and voters) who demand common sense from our elected officials, which includes the City Treasurer and Mayor.
