We the residents of New York Call for Governor Andrew Cuomo to repeal the Urstadt Law

We the residents of New York City and State including assembly, senate and community leadership, ask for the repeal of the Urstadt Law and the implementation of the equal living cost rights law developed by john j joyner jr which mandates an equitable 50 %, low to middle income housing share in high rise residential developments, under new low to middle income housing classifications under the proposed law.

 

 

Low Income $12,000 to $35,000

 

Middle Income $35,000 to $50,000

 

 

The Urstadt Law prohibits cities within New York state with a Population of one million or more from developing stronger protection controls then the state ; under the new protections of the equal living cost rights law, any tall building or structure used as a residential living, including not limiting tower block, high-rise, apartment tower, residential tower is deemed residential including but excluding some Multifamily residential dwellings including such as apartment block, block of flats not limiting tenements over 6 stories noir and building used as residential living structures/s over 6 stories.

Be it by the equal living cost rights protections law the classification of Low and middle income are as follows, if any income is above or below the required income index applicant can request repeal/investigation byway Say No Irresponsible Development Organization ,low income $12,000 to $35,000, middle income $35,000 to $50,000 under this law no annual income will be no less or greater than the sums low income $12,000 to $35,000, middle income $35,000 to $50,000, be it also by this law since 50% of all residential space is legally to be rented to the low and middle income residents it be equally proportionally rented among low and middle income residents, 25% of units are reserved for the low income $12,000 - $35,000 the remaining 25% are reserved for the middle income classified individual or family the remaining 50% is not regulated under the equal living cost rights law/protection No Developer, renter, landlord noir real-estate affiliate including licensed will request no sum greater of less than the income affordability/income classifications of the Resident with verification of employment/self-employment/governmental assistance be it also with the acceptance of government assistance that the individual or families cannot solely pay in governmental assistance unless directed by a governmental agency with verification this process lasting no longer 15 days or penalties of thousands + dollars will be fined upon the building owner, If the affordability rights of any applicant or resident is broken including violating state tenant protections the owner will pay fines deciding on the offence and pay the applicant or resident the cost of the unit per month of wait for unit approval, or violation act not limiting if responsible by New York to provide maintenance. All violations will be reported to Say No Irresponsible Development Organization in which a Board/investigation will promptly investigate every offence, not including offences of the New York Law which are mandatory held in such dwellings, be it also if reported a violation investigation will be heard in every matter, but the award following investigation award cannot be imposed double by state and investigation board upon the owner of the deemed residential building.


This law which prohibits growth for all whom live in New York; the Urstadt Law, with the lack of employment financial growth by year, we the residents of New York are not happy with the overwhelming cost amounts of rent per month, we are not giving ourselves or our young people a chance of surviving without the opportunity to be able to afford to pay rent without working just to pay rent! We pay we stay but no improvements no longer Governor will be idle we are coming together as a whole now is the time.

We need everyone one to share this information, the low and middle income individual deserves the opportunity to be able to truly afford to live in this state if we say it, it will happen.So please share this information with friends, family and loved ones and tell them there is a fight against the over of living and please be confident that this is the right decision for the rooted generations.

Hello everyone our petition has been updated, we will be having a second rally on Saturday, September 19th, 2015 at the Brooklyn Borough Presidents Office from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm calling for the repeal of the Urstadt Law and the implementation of the equal living cost rights law a law developed by john j joyner jr as follows 50 % of all residential buildings after 2014 in New York City be by this law reserved for low and middle income individuals and families.

Hello every one we will be shortening the time of the event originally the time was from 1:00pm - 7:00pm the new time is 1:00pm - 3:00pm We would like every one to arrive by 1:30pm to hear all New York resident and elected official speeches regarding the over cost of living.
