How could this have been allowed to happen?That's the question on countless minds after hearing about the events that took place at Disneyland, Paris on June 21, 2025.
That was the day that
a registered sex offender from the UK orchestrated a massive, costly, and elaborate stunt -- a "mock wedding" between himself and a poor 9-year-old girl.Sign the petition and demand accountability from Disneyland Paris for allowing this to happen!The
disgusting spectacle included nearly 100 French extras that had been hired and paid 200 euros each to attend. The roles of the wedding party were hired out as well --
a 55-year-old man was paid 12,000 euros to play the role of father of the bride. He claims that he only made the sickening realization that the 'bride' was 9 at the very last minute, when the event was underway.
That Saturday morning, as guests arrived and setup was underway, employees of the park took note of the 'bride' and realized something was very wrong.
"The girl is 9; we are stopping everything," one guest reported overhearing. Another account claims
the girl had high heels taped to her feet. Another guest recounted noticing how
heartbreakingly small the girl appeared as she was being carried by a woman.The girl, who had traveled with her mother from Ukraine, is now safe and arrests have been made including her mother, the 'groom' and orchestrator of the event, and two other people who had roles in the horrifying ordeal.
But we cannot rest until we find out how this was allowed to happen, and we know that Disneyland Paris will never let this happen again!Allegedly, the man who is responsible used a fake Latvian ID in order to hire out the venue for his deplorable plans.
How was it that a fake ID was accepted by Disneyland Paris? If the company had done its due diligence, this all could've been avoided - after all, it is on record that he is wanted by British police
"for breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and for a breach of notification requirements under the
Sex Offenders' Register."This man was sentenced to four years in prison in 2016 for
sexual activity with minors after prowling for victims around West London schools. Years later, he was arrested again after speaking to, filming, and photographing young girls outside of a dance school.
The year after that, he pulled another stunt where he hired hundreds of extras -- this time children who were directed to fawn over him. Clearly, this man is a huge danger to children, both in his home country of England and abroad. He shows no signs of stopping his terrifying behavior, so it is the job of those in power to stop him.
Disneyland Paris needs to step up and do a full investigation into how this was allowed to happen and why this event was nearly allowed to take place!
Sign the petition to Disneyland Paris President Natacha Rafalski and demand an explanation and investigation into the horrible ordeal this 9-year-old went through!
