Navient Petition

Have you ever been victimized by the student loan giant "Navient" or its subsidiary "Pioneer Credit Recovery"?
Have you experienced a lack of communication between your lender and yourself? A lack of communication that has resulted in delinquency or default?

Update #15 years ago
So, as for the update, I have battled back and forth for months now with these companies while using several Attorney General’s as a mediator. Still no luck with any of these companies to come to a resolution. So, as of November 1, 2018, I filed a complaint with the Federal Court in the central District of Illinois. I am asking everyone that reads this to post this petition on social media. I will keep everyone updated
