Stop Employers from Asking Unfair Application Questions

Have you ever needed a job and come to the end of an application only to find several pages or moe of questions repeated in different words? These questions are designed to trap you. They are used to avoid face-to-face interviews that once allowed applicants a fair chance to get a job. The questions always say there are no right or wrong answers, but evidently there are. Companies such as Target, Macy's, J.C. Penney and others use these questions. Stop companies from avoiding face -to-face interviews. Get these questions off the application, so everyone has a fair chance at employment.
