Continuous Abuse At Chester Mental Health Center

For 25 years, being shuffled from mental facility to mental facility and being sexually abused, because of a retaliation done by a corrupt police officer, here in Chicago, my youngest brother, Mr. David Poole, #702933, Unit C, at CMHC, has been abused even as recent as December 4th or 5th, 2008. His lawyer, Attorney Blake Horwitz(20 S. Clark, Suite 500), has been paid in full, has long(2 years ago), agreed to take his case, yet, he has his first time to even pay his client a visit.
Mr. Poole, has lost his mother and father, but he still is strong(even from constantly being OVERMEDICATED), at CMHC. He has his family members to keep him strong, but he has served his time and he has witnesses (even prior employees;nurses) who has vowed to be a witness to the abuse he has endured.
I, his sister and another sister, has even been lied on by CMHC and has had their visits stopped,illegaly, because of the COVERUP of ABUSE there.
I ask for you to realize how horriffic this issue is forpatients there(even another patient,James Williams) that I got a chance to talk to, has confirmed that the abuse do exist.
Another issue that needs attention is Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan, who has THREATENED this SAME nurse, because she EXPOSED the ABUSE. She lost her job as a nurse for nine years, because of Madigans threats.
My family was told by her family, that she almost had a nervous breakdown, because of these threats.
My family have much EVIDENCE of the abuse against my brother, by way of photos and a Notorized letter, from my father, before he passed away, this pass June 21, 2008.
I ask for help at receiving justice.
(rodneyyoder.com), is another young man who was a patient there. His family sued them, won, while he was still a patient there and was released on January 11, 2005. From there he wanted them exposed more, so he took his story to 20/20. It was interesting to see someone other than us, have courage to stand up to individuals who many have a problem standing up to because of the corruption that exist, but our new president(President Barack O'Bama), has given me added strength to carry on this fight for justice for my brother and others, just as Rodney Yoder and his family has.
I'm also fighting a CIVIL case(I'm presently waiting for my documents to arrive back from Springfield, for I'm being told that they aren't in compliance still with Rule 315, 341 and 361). My case has been MANDATED, so I will not be moved for I have (in defense of myself), sustained a permenant injury to my 5th phalanges. I'm unemployed(missed an opportunity to work for a prestious rehabilitation facility), because of this court case, because I was asked to wait until the TRIAL was over, which NEVER took place, for (Rule 6.1;People v Knippen), I was DENIED a TRIAL. There are other statues I'm filing under as well, which makes me very proud that I have the right statues, but lawyers hasn't agreed to take my case(I won my criminal case, alone), because a few judges, PD's, CPD's etc, are the defendants.

The abuse at Chester Mental Health Center, is HORRIFFIC and has been as long as my brother has been abused, being shuffled 25 years, from facility to facility. A nurse was threatened by Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan. She has offered to be a witness for my brother, who's now at Chester;were at Read, where the nurse worked before she lost her job, after nine years there.
My visits(along with my sister), has been illegally stopped. She has been jailed for 30 days, because she wouldn't allow them to intimidate her. They tried to use her faith(Muslim), as an excuse for their abuse. Just this pass December 2008, after my visit with him, he had trouble and was hurt. I filed a complaint with Equip For Equality, this time, for CMHC, isn't really doing anything or if they do, it's just for show, a year after an incident, to make themselves appear as if they are doing like they should, when it's just the opposite. The security guards there, are abusing the patients, putting other patients up to starting trouble and the administrators there, are covering for them.
