Woman gets off plane to find her dog was severely injured and abused by staff for fun!

This is the Golden Retriever named Er Mao who was brutally beaten and tortured by the flights staff in Shanghai, China.  DEVASTATING!!
We've all heard about that small black dog that died in an airplane due to suffocation and now this - abusing a dog for fun! How is causing a dog pain fun!?!?? B'cuz it can't fight back??  No owner or pet should have to endure this type of anxiety especially when you're paying for these imbosals to trust your beloved pets life Not put them in any danger! These idiots must be prosecuted to the fullest extent and of course be dismissed from their jobs (if they haven't been already)  Als0, the Airline company must be sued!

Why hasn't anything been done about any of the staff other than a slap on the wrist!??
  I am proposing that there be a strict law against ALL airlines worldwide forbidding any sort of harm to any animal!
