Stop Chevron from destroying our rivers!

I have lived in the Wexford Creek area, located on Maki RD, in Nanaimo, B.C. for seven years now. In this time I have seen the workser at the chevron cardlock plow their oil and gas encrusted snow (every year) into a protected salmonid habitat that is also the summer home to a pair of blue heron, and year-round home of a family (at least one) of mink or marten (not sure which, its hard to get close), a family of beaver, and countless numbers of fish amphibian, and reptile. They have also installed a nifty (sarcasm) blue pipe that leads directly from their parking lot into the creek, which they have since used to drain the gas and oil that is washed off their trucks (weekly at least) straight into the river. the garbage from their lot blows off the bank and into the river, and has since collected at the point where it travels under the road.. we need to stop this now!
