Support Charles White for returning fly-tipped rubbish

Charles White, from Rothley, Leicestershire, suffered fly-tipping on his land. Quite justifiably, he returned the rubbish to the company responsible, dumping it outside their gates. Police are investigating to see whether prosecutioning should be brought. Support Mr White : there is too much fly-tipping going on, dumped on private or public land by unscrupulous operators.
