Water Fluoridation

TAKE ACTION TO END FLUORIDATION!
Stop Palm Coast from adding fluoride to the municipal water supply.

  1. Stop Palm Coast from adding fluoride to the municipal water supply.

Fluoridation is a bad medical practice

WATER FLUORIDATION IS THE PRACTICE OF ADDING INDUSTRIAL-GRADE FLUORIDE CHEMICALS TO WATER FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREVENTING TOOTH DECAY.

FLUORIDATION MAY NOT PREVENT CAVITIES, SCIENTIFIC REVIEW SHOWS. Published in Newsweek "There is little recent or high-quality evidence that fluoridation reduces tooth decay", according to a review in Tech & Science.

Many Studies have found that the consumption of fluoridated water is linked to health issues

Also, the main fluoride chemical (fluorosilicic acid) that is added to water is not what most people would call a naturally occurring compound. It is a corrosive acid captured in the air pollution control devices of the phosphate fertilizer industry.  Fluoride is captured in air pollution control devices because fluoride gases are hazardous air pollutants that cause significant environmental harm.In the past, when the industry let these gases escape, vegetation became scorched, crops destroyed, and cattle crippled. This captured fluoride acid is the contaminated chemical added to public water supplies,

In other words it is the burned stuff from chimney stack from the THE PHOSPHATE FERTILIZER INDUSTRY:

They call them “wet scrubbers” – the pollution control devices used by the phosphate industry to capture fluoride gases produced in the production of commercial fertilizer.

  2. It is illegal to dump fluoride into our lakes and rivers, but it can be put in our drinking water and toothpaste.

Palm Coast is going to be deciding whether to artificially fluoridate the municipal water supply.

Palm Coast City Councilwoman Heidi Shipley wrote in an email to the Palm Coast Observer “I don't feel it's my place as a City Council member to tell people what they have to ingest." Regardless of your views on fluoride, we should have a say in whether or not it is put in our water and we certainly should not have to pay for it. It corrodes the pipes in the water treatment plants adding additional repair expenses.

Please ask the Palm Coast City Council to refrain from artificially fluoridating our water. Get in touch with the City Council and let your opinions be known. I would also talk to the current candidates for City Council and Mayor due to the fact that this may come up during their tenure and not the current council.
