Recycling centre restrictions - unfair and unrealistic

Recycling centre restrictions - completely unrealistic - the new restrictions are forcing people to use skips whereby all waste is piled together And a lot of the time out into landfill, those who do not have space or cannot afford a skip will have no choice but to begin fly tipping or live in a unhygienic environment. Vehicle restrictions are unfair. Example I personally drive a pickup truck due to the equipment required for my hobby even though I work in a office and take public transport to work. So how am I supposed to rid of waste ? Abolish these new rules. If the aim is to stop businesses then a potential solution could be any vehicle with business insurance within certain trades will not be accepted . Create a membership card where you register using your insurance each year to confirm it is personal. There will always be some crossover but this surely is better than promoting fly tipping and not recycling .
