Ban ALL Styrofoam and plastic items!!

With these items still in our possession many people have began throwing them onto the roads and in the water as a simple way to remove them from their possession... they are no longer recyclable due to the fact that they DONT break down and they make their ways into the atmosphere... I am truly concerned because of the fact that CO2 emissions have grown and sea turtles, sea life have eaten or got them stuck in their nose and have killed them! I would love to get as many signatures as possible to see if we can start a new way to removing these horrible toxins from our environment! Thank you!
