Opposition to Variance V-22-2015

The property on 1231 Ridge Road has a zoning variance (case no. V-22-2015) from the city of Palm Bay. The property owner is Leo Badalamenti of Azzurri Properties. The variance is requesting to allow a proposed dock to exceed the 250-foot allowable dock length by a maximum of 261 feet in our residential neighborhood. this is in total disregard for the zoning in the city of Palm Bay, as well as the by-laws for the Bayfront Community Redevelopment District.
We, the undersigned citizens of Palm Bay, oppose the variance case # V 22-2015 and vote accordingly.
