Deman an end to no 100+ grades in the gradebook

Many classes, especially math, have prohibited entering grades above a 100 in the grade book. This poses a serious threat to all students, because of 2 key reasons. First, getting above a 100 in the grade book can push a student from failing to passing. For example, a student get 104 on his first test and a 66 on his second test. This would lead to him failing the class, even if he got 104, because of the current policy. If it was allowed , he would be passing. The second reason in that if a student earns 104, then that is the grade that should be allotted. It is unfair that is a student puts in the effort and gets a perfect score that it is not allowed to be entered in the grade book.
