Save the WHALES

Whales are great creatures! Magnificent actually! THey are beautiful! and don't cause us any harm!

I was reading a green peace book today that i found in the library with my friend and it was about whales! In the book it showed how many different species of whales there was and how many is now! Well lets just say that the numbers have dropped greatly! For example the blue whale  use to have
250 000 now it opnly has 3000! another one i saw dropped from 525 000
to 150 000! most of this is caused by whaling! By countries like Japan, Norway, Iceland etc...

Norway and Iceland i know uses there whales for food which is bad but it is still a better use for them unlike what Japan uses them for!
Japan uses whales for blubber to make perfue and make up and other manufactured goods! Green peace has been trying to stop the Japanese for years and has succeded many times but some not so lucky!

Just a while ago Denmark went on a killing spree and killed afew hundred whales! Why? I don't know but i think it should stop!
