Bring Orchestra, Band AND Chorus Back to Scranton School District's Elementary and Middle Schools

In early 2018, our school board decided to cut operating costs by eliminating Band, Orchestra and Chorus starting in the 2018 - 2019 school year. Now, students like me have a generic music class which is very similar to what young elementary students would learn. We already learned how to read music and sing. We want to be able to have concerts to showcase our LOVE of music. We want to be able to grow as musicians in Band, Orchestra and/or Chorus. We miss being able to MAKE music come alive. Please help us bring these back to our schools by signing the petition.
