Lower Costs of Higher-Ed Books

For far too long students who already suffering under heavy tuition fees have had to bare the burden of state endorsed monopolies on book publishing. The immoral prices and practices of publishers such as Pearson and Norton has left the consumer feeling as if they have no say in the market of Higher-Ed book sales, and they are correct. Professors and students alike have been asking for better books at lower prices, and the market has the ability to achieve this. It is now our turn to take charge in this battle against modern day monopolies and trusts.
