Demand an end of mistreatment, verbal abuse and abuse at children in schools

There was an verbal abuse, neglect, failure to protect, mistreatment at my children from school staffs, im concerned so it won't happen again and to other children as well and to prevent these same issues from happening in the future. I want any staffs to be fired, suspended and schools to close down for these issues
